The following email was sent to all members on 27 September 2026
I am pleased to let you know that a Christmas lunch has been organised for members only, at the Littlebury Hotel on Thursday 10 December at 12 for a 12.30pm service. The cost is £29.50 which includes a staff tip.
If you would like to join us, please find attached a booking form which includes your menu selection. Booking will close on 31st October or sooner if we are fully subscribed before then (we do have a limit on numbers). If we do oversubscribe, I will operate a waiting list as until both the form with menu selection and payment are received no booking will be deemed totally confirmed.
Completed forms can be returned to me by email, post or in person at the monthly meeting. If you are unable to print, I will have some with me at the October monthly meeting. But do let me know you wish to attend by email please and include your membership number.
With very best wishes
