You can join as many groups as you find time for! If there are other topics not covered, why not start your own group? There is help available to get you going and access the Third Age Trust resources. Most groups meet in members' homes, sometimes weekly, sometimes at other intervals, while others hire public rooms, to hold meetings, give presentations, etc. Groups which need to hire a hall or any other premises make a small charge to members for doing so. Similarly, if there is any element of teaching or instruction involved then a charge may be made which will depend upon the level of expertise being provided

GROUP NEWS

The new Needle Felt groups have got off to a good start. Members of Needlefelt 1 sculpted sleeping foxes for their first 3d sculpture. For their first effort the results were very impressive.

Members of Needlefelt 2 began sculpting a 3d mouse in their second group meeting.

Needle Felt 1 group is now full, but for those interested we still have some spaces in the Needle Felt 2 group. More details.
